Any List to ARV

What is Any List-to-ARV?

Using the filter titled the 'Any List-to-ARV'. You will see this option in the filter menu on the top right hand side of the screen when viewing MY MLS or after initiating a search on the dashboard. 

Selecting a lower List-to-ARV % will show you properties with a higher profit potential.

For example, let's assume FlipComp is determining the ARV for 123 Main St to be $100,000.

You have your List-to-ARV % set to 60.

If the list price for 123 Main St is $60,000, you would see this property on your list, or receive a Property Alert.

However, if the list price for 123 Main St was $70,000, you would not see this property on your list, or receive a Notification. Because in this instance, the List-to-ARV is 70%
