Yes, FlipComp can be used by wholesalers.  We offer a couple of filters that can be used to help you find Wholesale deals.  

1. 'Any List-to-ARV':

Selecting a lower  List-to-ARV % will show you properties with a higher profit potential.

2. Keyword Search: 

We have identified over 3 dozen keywords Agents use when describing properties that are investor friendly.  Word like, handyman special, fixer upper etc.....  Filtering by these keywords will allow you to quickly filter these properties.
