Already have access to the MLS?

Now I have an access to the MLS. Do I still need the FlipComp account?

Although the data found on the MLS & FlipComp is the same, FlipComp delivers it from an investor perspective.  Within each property file we provide Comps, Deal Analysis, as well as Public Data.  We also provide up to 3 estimates of the value of each property.

The estimates are:

1. FlipComp ARV
2. Zillow Zestimate
3. Eppraisal

FlipComp will also allow you to search based on keywords.  We have identified a list of keywords (ie. handyman special, fixer upper, etc) agents use when listing properties that are investor friendly.
