How frequently are listings updated?

All markets are different but the majority are updated at least every 3 - 5 minutes. We strive to make sure the data is as up to date and accurate as possible. There will always be errors as a result of user input, but the direct feed to the MLS enables you to see exactly what everyone else is seeing.
